Sacred Healing Sounds

S acred healing sounds can be produced in a variety of ways. One way is to use the Tibetan bowls. These bowls are made from the ancient tradition using 7 metals that coincide with the then 7 planets of our solar system: Gold/Sun, Silver/Moon, Mercury/Mercury, Copper/ Venus, Iron/ Mars, Tin/ Jupiter, and Lead/ Saturn. The pitch of the bowl depends upon the thickness, size and weight. The tone is dictated on how you strike the bowl. The sound evokes the kundalini chakra producing a healing. According to Zen and traditional Qigong practices, the seven sacred sounds can also be produced verbally that resonate with the charkas. I teach how these sounds, Ahh, Me, Di, Lee, Gong, Gen, Hong, start from the crown chakra and work down to your root chakra.
